 Christmas Fair
The fair is on Saturday 5th December at St Peter’s, 12 – 3 pm. We need your help setting up on Friday Night at 6 pm, and especially clearing up on the Saturday afternoon.  For further info please email Julie Benet on jb@home27.co.uk.

Raffle Prizes
We need raffle prizes for the Christmas Fair. We are doing hampers again, so we need fancy food items. Please bring them to church or to the office on Wednesday or Thursday between 11am and 1:00 pm.

Book Stall and Toy Stall
Both need donations for this Christmas Fair, in good condition please! Especially children’s books.

Tombola and Bric-a-Brac
Both need stuff, bottles and small items for the tombola, anything nice for the bric-a-brac stall.

Raffle Tickets
Please take raffle tickets (available from Richard Benet) and sell them to your friends, relations and work colleagues.

November Book Club
The meeting is at 7.30pm on Wednesday 25th November, and the book to read is “The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas” by John Boyne. Please see the poster at the back of church and sign up so we know you are coming.

Christmas Fair
Please make sure the Christmas Fair is in your diary. Saturday 5th December at St Peter’s, 12 – 3 pm. If you could do face painting or run a children’s game at the Fair, please email Julie Benet on jb@home27.co.uk.

Pop-Up Bike Shop
At St Mary Magdanene’s School on Monday 23rd November at 3-5pm. You can bring your old bike between 8 and 9.30 am, and the mechanics will give you a price, spruce it up during the day and try and sell it for you.

IN THE PINK Remembrance Day 2015

 Remembrance Sunday
Today is Remembrance Sunday, so there is an Act of Remembrance at both churches. At St Mary Mags it is at the end, but at St Peter’s we keep the silence at 11 o’clock, and so the service starts just before the hour.

All Saints 2015

All Souls Day
Is tomorrow 2nd November. As usual there will be a choral requiem at St Mary Mags, at 7:30 pm, thanks to the Music Society. There are lists at the back of the church for you to write down names to be remembered.
